What we collect
- Order info: your email, shipping address, and the card details you enter (name, optional date of birth, blood type, allergies, medications, conditions, emergency contacts, optional photo).
- Payment info: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

- To email order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To let you look up your order status.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sensitive medical information
The medical fields you enter (blood type, allergies, medications, conditions) are stored to be printed on your card. They are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. We are not a medical record system and are not HIPAA covered. Don't include information you are not comfortable carrying in your wallet.

- Hosting and database — our cloud provider stores order data.
- Shipping carrier — to deliver your card.
- Law enforcement — only when required by valid legal process.
We do not sell personal information.
