By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.

What we sell

A physical wallet-sized card printed with information you provide. Cards are personal identification accessories. They are not medical devices, official ID, insurance cards, or a substitute for professional emergency medical care.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail you submit — name, photo, contacts, medical fields. We print what you enter. We do not verify medical information, identities, or phone numbers.

Orders, pricing, and payment

• Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time.
• Orders are charged at checkout via Stripe.
• We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, suspected abuse, unprintable content).
• Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

Acceptable content

You may not submit content that is:

• Someone else's name, photo, or contact info without their permission;
• Hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or illegal;
• Impersonating a government, medical, or law-enforcement official;
• Infringing on intellectual property.

We may reject or refund any order that violates this section.

Shipping and risk of loss

We ship to the address you provide. Once a carrier accepts the package, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

No medical or emergency guarantee

The card is a convenience. We make no guarantee that first responders will find it, read it, or act on it. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Do not rely on the card as your sole means of communicating critical medical information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a card or our service is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any medical outcome.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
